Blooming Nails and Spa Policy
1. All of our service are non-refundable, but if you not happy with our service please let us know right away we will be happy make any adjustment to the initial service or have your nails fixed in no time.
2. Please notify our receptionist within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or change the time.Failure to give at least 24 hours notice or no shows will result in being charged the full price and maybe required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.
3. We allow for a 15 minutes “ grace period” for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed, after that we will change 50% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment.
